Sylvie is an economist, statistician and data scientist. She trained at the University of Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) and then at ENSEA Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), a World Bank Center of Excellence. She went on to ENSAI Rennes (France), the country's leading graduate school for data science.
At PwC, she advises major accounts such as Société Générale, Crédit Agricole, Oney Bank and PSA in Italy. She works on large-scale data projects and in finance, where every figure commits the company. She is also deeply involved in blockchain, a technology she knows from the inside, well beyond the hype. These engagements teach her to frame complex problems, win over executive teams and hold tight deadlines.
She then moves to the corporate side at BNP Paribas and Renault. There she designs and deploys data science models at scale, in businesses where the reliability of results is non-negotiable.
Certified in IBM Generative AI, she has also trained on DeepLearning.AI, Andrew Ng's platform. She brings the rigor of statistics and econometrics to the latest uses of artificial intelligence.
With DataSAI, she combines both perspectives. Consulting taught her to frame and persuade; the corporate world taught her to deliver and run solutions in production. She believes every company should have fast, simple access to this level of expertise in data, AI and the cloud. She also leads teaching at the DataSAI Academy.
