DataSAI is a brand operated by DataSAI Technologies LLC. Here you will find who publishes the site, how we protect your data, the rules for using the site and the terms that apply to our courses and services.
A French subsidiary is being incorporated. This notice will be updated once it is registered. Until then, DataSAI Technologies LLC remains the sole contracting party for all services offered on datasai.fr.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
The database, user accounts and documents are managed by Supabase Inc. The data is hosted in the West Europe region, in London (United Kingdom).
Card payments go through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and Stripe Inc. DataSAI never keeps card numbers. Bank transfers and collections go through Wise (Wise Europe SA in Brussels and Wise US Inc. in Wilmington).
Emails sent by the site go through Resend Inc., and appointment booking through Cal.com Inc.
All content on the site is protected by copyright and trademark law: texts, course programs, teaching materials, videos, visuals, code, and the DataSAI brand and logo. You may not reproduce, distribute or reuse it, in whole or in part, without the written permission of DataSAI Technologies LLC. Materials provided during a course are for the learner's personal use only.

DataSAI Technologies LLC is the controller of your data. We apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to all our users, whatever their country of residence.
Your data is never sold or transferred. Only authorized DataSAI staff can access it, along with teachers for the courses assigned to them, the mentors you are matched with (your contact details and request message, nothing more) and the technical providers listed in section 2, strictly within their task. Your data is hosted in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Some providers (Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Wise US) may process it in the United States, under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can access your data, correct it, have it erased, limit its use, take a copy of it or object to its processing. You can change most of your information and preferences directly from your profile (Personal information, Settings, Documents). For any other request, including full deletion of your account, write to contact@datasai.fr from your account email address. We reply within 30 days. You can also contact the supervisory authority of your country.
These terms govern access to datasai.fr and the use of its services: public pages, the scientific library, personal accounts, conversational assistants, and contact and application forms. Browsing the site means you accept them. Creating an account means you accept them expressly.
The public pages, the blog and the scientific library are free to use without an account. You need an account to save documents, create reading lists, follow topics, access the courses you bought, apply for a role or request mentoring.
These rules also apply in spaces where participants talk to each other, including communities hosted on third-party services.
You remain the owner of what you upload: CV, cover letter, diplomas, supporting documents, project work or messages. You allow DataSAI to keep and view them only as far as the service in question requires, for example to review an application, grade an assignment or answer a request. You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload. Retention periods are given in section 4.
The site offers two assistants based on language models, one on the public pages and one in the Academy. Their answers are generated automatically. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are neither professional advice nor a commitment by DataSAI. When in doubt, the site's pages and the team's answers are what count.
The Academy assistant lets you ask for help from a member of the team. The conversation history is then passed on to them. So please do not share sensitive data, passwords or bank details there.
The library lists scientific and regulatory documents published in open access by third parties. DataSAI is not their author and does not host their files. It links to the original source, whose license applies. It is up to you to cite the original document and respect that license.
The summaries and briefing notes that come with some documents are produced automatically from the full text. They help you read but do not replace the source document, which alone is authoritative. For regulatory texts, only the official version from the issuing authority has legal force.
DataSAI does what is needed to keep the site available, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended for maintenance, an update or an incident at one of the providers listed in section 2. Services and their features may change. If a course you bought changes significantly, the terms in section 6 apply.
DataSAI may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after letting the person know, except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise. An account closed for this reason does not give a right to a refund of courses already accessible, without affecting the right of withdrawal set out in section 6.
DataSAI is liable for direct damage caused by a failure on its part. It is not responsible for how you use the knowledge you gain, for decisions made on the basis of site content or an assistant's answer, or for the content of third-party sites the site links to. None of these limits takes away the legal guarantees consumers are entitled to.
DataSAI may change these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page on the day you use the site. Its last update date appears at the bottom of the page. If a significant change affects an existing account, the person concerned is told by email.
These terms govern the sale of the online courses offered on datasai.fr by DataSAI Technologies LLC: short courses (as a monthly subscription, an annual pass or lifetime access) and bootcamps, as well as paid mentoring and related services. Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR). If you live in the CFA franc zone (West and Central Africa), an adapted price is shown in CFA francs (XOF or XAF) based on the country of residence you declared when signing up. Outside Europe and Africa, bootcamps and mentoring are shown and charged in US dollars (USD), according to the price list published on the site. Short courses are still charged in euros. Prices exclude taxes, and any taxes due in your country are shown before you pay. An invoice is available on request.
Installments or a solidarity rate may be granted on request via WhatsApp at +1 (904) 243-7876. Terms then agreed in writing take precedence over these.
Access to content is personal and cannot be transferred. For bootcamps and for short courses bought with lifetime access, it is granted for life, meaning with no time limit for as long as the DataSAI platform is in operation. For a short course on a monthly subscription or an annual pass, access lasts as long as the subscription is active.
The monthly subscription and the annual pass are paid by card. They renew automatically every month or every year, with no minimum term. You can cancel them at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and nothing is charged after that.
Live sessions are scheduled by DataSAI. If you cannot attend, a recording or a catch-up session is offered where possible.
If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. This right no longer applies if you asked for immediate access to the digital content and started the course, as you then expressly waive it. Outside this case, and subject to the bootcamp guarantee below, all purchases are final. DataSAI may still grant, if it sees fit, a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, on a reasoned request sent to contact@datasai.fr within 14 days of purchase.
Bootcamp guarantee. For live bootcamps, DataSAI gives a full refund to any participant who asks by email at contact@datasai.fr, at any time until the end of the first week of classes, whatever the purchase date. That week ends on the Sunday after the first day of classes. The welcome session does not count as a day of classes. After that, the guarantee no longer gives a right to a refund. However, a participant who cannot continue because of something unexpected (health, work or family, for example) may move their enrollment to the next cohort free of charge. If DataSAI postpones or cancels a cohort, the participant chooses between a full refund and a move to a later cohort. Refunds are made with the same payment method as the purchase (card, bank transfer, Orange Money or MTN MoMo), within 14 days of the request. This guarantee is in addition to the right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
Minimum number of participants. A bootcamp cohort is confirmed from 8 enrolled participants. Below that, DataSAI may keep it, postpone it or cancel it. Participants are told by email no later than the day before the welcome session, or 15 days before the first day of classes if there is no welcome session. If the cohort is postponed or cancelled, each participant chooses between a full refund and a move to a later cohort, under the guarantee above.
Mentoring is available as a single session or as a monthly plan (Progression or Intensive). A single session stays available for 6 months after purchase. Monthly plans are paid by card as a subscription, renewed automatically every month, with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, and nothing is charged after that. You can carry over up to two unused sessions to the next month. Beyond that, they expire without a refund. A session cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time is still charged.
DataSAI pays partners and alumni who recommend its courses. To take part, you apply on the Partners page and your application must be accepted. DataSAI may decline an application without giving a reason.
If these rules are breached, DataSAI may suspend the partnership and cancel the commissions on the sales concerned. Either party may end the partnership at any time by email. Commissions confirmed before that date remain due.
DataSAI does what is needed to ensure the quality of its courses and the availability of the site, without being able to guarantee a result such as a job, a certification issued by a third party or a level of income. The liability of DataSAI Technologies LLC is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, we first look for an amicable solution together: write to us at contact@datasai.fr.
The alumni network and the "A listening ear" program are free. They are run by volunteers who have signed a charter of kindness and confidentiality. This is peer support, not professional advice or medical or psychological care. These conversations do not replace a health professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in your country (3114 in France, 112 in Europe, 911 in North America).
Messages sent to the listening program are read only by the program lead and by the volunteer you are matched with. They are used for nothing else and are deleted on request.
