DataSAI is a brand operated by GRACE BUSINESS LLC. This page gathers the legal information for datasai.fr, our data protection policy and the terms applicable to our courses and services.
A French subsidiary is being incorporated; this notice will be updated once it is registered. Until then, GRACE BUSINESS LLC is the sole contracting party for all services offered on datasai.fr.
The whole website (texts, course programmes, teaching materials, videos, visuals, code, the DataSAI brand and logo) is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reproduction, distribution or reuse, in whole or in part, without the written permission of GRACE BUSINESS LLC is prohibited. Materials provided as part of a course are for the learner's personal use only.

Your data is neither sold nor shared for marketing. It is accessible to authorised DataSAI staff, to teachers for the courses assigned to them only, to the mentors you are matched with (contact details and request message only), and to the technical providers listed in section 2, strictly for their missions. Data is hosted in the European Union and the United Kingdom; some providers (Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Wise US) may process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. You can edit most of your information and preferences yourself from your profile (Personal information, Settings, Documents). For any other request, including full account deletion, write to contact@datasai.fr from your account email address; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your country.
These terms govern the sale of online courses (short courses, bootcamps), paid mentoring and related services offered on datasai.fr by GRACE BUSINESS LLC. Any order implies their acceptance.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). For residents of the CFA franc zone (West and Central Africa), an adapted price is shown in CFA francs (XOF/XAF) based on the country of residence declared at sign-up. Prices exclude taxes; any taxes applicable in your country of residence are stated before payment. An invoice is available on request.
Instalments or a solidarity rate may be granted on request via WhatsApp at +1 (904) 243-7876; terms agreed in writing then prevail over these terms.
Access to content is personal, non-transferable and open for the period stated on the course page (at least 12 months for short courses and bootcamps). Live sessions are scheduled by DataSAI; if you cannot attend, a recording or a catch-up session is offered where possible.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, unless you requested immediate access to the digital content and started the course, in which case you expressly waive this right. Otherwise, all purchases are final. DataSAI may nevertheless grant, at its discretion, a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, on a reasoned request to contact@datasai.fr within 14 days of purchase.
Mentoring plans are sold as session packages. A session is due if cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed time. Unused sessions remain available for 6 months after purchase.
DataSAI uses all reasonable means to ensure the quality of courses and the availability of the site, without guaranteeing results (obtaining a job, a third-party certification or a level of income). GRACE BUSINESS LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the buyer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution by writing to contact@datasai.fr.
The alumni network and the "A listening ear" programme are free services provided by volunteers who have accepted a charter of kindness and confidentiality. They are peer support: they are neither professional advice nor medical or psychological care, and do not replace a health professional. In immediate danger, contact your country's emergency services (3114 in France, 112 in Europe, 911 or 988 in North America).
Messages sent to the listening programme are accessible only to the programme lead and the volunteer you are matched with. They are used for no other purpose and are deleted on request.
